Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision when purchasing our product/s.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, if the product/s have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t perform as advertised.
We reserve the right to overview for your return reason/s are within our Warranty Terms & Conditions, as we will inspect the product.
* We are happy to credit or exchange any unopened goods within 14 days of delivery, provided that we receive the goods in original condition.
* Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. If the product is damaged upon receipt, we will be unable to accept the goods, and they will be returned to you.
* Please email us with notification of and reason for the return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.
* Should you receive a faulty or damaged product, please email us with your specific problem and we'll get back to you promptly.
* Refunds do not include postage and handling and will be processed within thirty working days of receipt of the goods. The product must be returned in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and contents.
* You must pre-pay all returns postage, and you assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; we therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with service provider. We reserve the right to refuse to accept, and to return, parcels that arrive COD or have More To Pay stamped on them.
